     Our professional kitchen and showroom is located at 11111D North Central Expressway (US75) in Dallas on the South-bound service road between Forest and Royal Lane,  in the same shopping strip as "Cindi's Restaurant." 

     From Downtown Dallas: Going North on 75 North Central Expressway, exit Forest Lane then U-Turn under 75 heading South down the 75 service road for almost one mile. You will see Fancy Cakes on your right just before the Royal Lane intersection.

     From Richardson/McKinney: Going South down 75 North Central Expressway, exit Forest Lane and stay on the South-bound service road of 75 for about one mile. You will pass through the Forest Lane intersection. You will see Fancy Cakes on your right just before the Royal Lane intersection.

     From the West (Frisco, Grapevine…): Going East on 635 LBJ Freeway, exit Coit Road, turn right/South down Coit Road. Coit turns into the South-bound service road of 75 North Central Expressway. Stay on the South-bound service road of 75 and pass through the Forest Lane intersection, driving about one mile. You will see Fancy Cakes on your right just before the Royal Lane intersection.

     From the West (Fort Worth/Arlington…):  Going East on I-30 to downtown Dallas, exit onto 75 North/45 North.  Go North on 75 North Central Expressway for about 10 miles until you see the Forest Lane exit. Exit Forest Lane and make a U-Turn under 75 heading south down the 75 service road for almost one mile. You will see Fancy Cakes on your right just before the Royal Lane intersection.

     From the East (Garland, Mesquite…) Going West on 635 LBJ Freeway, exit Coit Road, turn left/South down Coit Road. Coit turns into the South-bound service road of 75 North Central Expressway. Stay on the South-bound service road of 75 for about one mile, passing through the Forest Lane intersection.  You will see Fancy Cakes on your right just before the Royal Lane intersection.
