These are our most popular cake flavors at Fancy Cakes and you will taste these at your consultation.  

     In addition to the cakes listed above, we also offer: Italian Cream, Mandarin Orange, Chocolate Raspberry, and Red Velvet cakes.

     You have the option of choosing a different cake flavor for each tier. Every cake is made fresh to the order and with absolutely no artificial ingredients.

     All cakes are iced, filled, and decorated with either Vanilla or Chocolate Butter Cream Icing.

     Flavored Fillings are available upon request. Please note that matching a flavored cake to a flavored filling is tricky and if done badly might create an "over-flavored" cake. We recommend the following combinations:

     We also offer Cheese Cakes in New York, Amaretto, and Chocolate flavors.  The Cheese Cakes are a great alternative to the Wedding Cake or the Groom's Cake.  And, you have the option of covering the Cheese Cakes with Vanilla or Chocolate Mousse Icing.
