Lauren Kitchens started Fancy Cakes by Lauren in 2000 and quickly became one of the premiere cake artists in the Dallas wedding and event industry. 

     She is a regular competitor on Food Network Challenge, staring in the episodes Disney Classics Cakes and Sesame Street Cakes, as well as the upcoming Newlywed Cakes.
