Amy's Cake

Amy had a gorgeous wedding at The Ritz Carlton.  Her decor was lush with elegance.  She wanted a cake that had a lot of soft texture, so we covered all seven tiers with fondant draping from top to bottom.

We placed sugar peonies in the tucks and folds of the draping, then airbrushed the entire cake in luster dust to add an extra sparkle.
